International Orders
Due to international shipping and consolidation logistics, physical returns are generally not accepted for orders shipped outside Nigeria. However, refunds may be reviewed and approved under specific conditions.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and images before placing an order. This helps ensure you receive exactly what you expect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must open a support ticket within 48 hours of delivery. All claims must include photo or video evidence. Each case is reviewed based on:
- Vendor listing details
- Hub inspection records
- Logistics handling records
Resolution may result in:
- Full refund
- Partial refund
- Store credit
Claim denial if no issue is verified
Shipping Responsibility
If an issue is caused during M&P-controlled consolidation or handling, M&P will review and assume responsibility where applicable.
If the issue originates from vendor error (wrong item, incorrect description), vendor payout may be adjusted accordingly.
